What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, front-facing photo of your child, alone, in good light. No sunglasses, hats or strong filters. A recent phone photo is perfect.
How do you make my child look like them?
We turn your photo into a storybook character, pick the version that looks most like your child, and check every page of the book before it goes to print.
How long does it take?
Your book ships in 5–8 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.
What age is it for?
Our stories are written for children aged 2 to 8 — and they make a lovely keepsake for years to come.
What does the book look like?
A premium hardcover book, 8 × 8 inches, 36 illustrated pages, printed in the USA. Your child's face and name appear throughout the story, with a personal certificate at the end.
Is my child's photo safe?
Yes. Your photo is only used to create your child's character. We never share it and never use it in ads. We keep it for 30 days after delivery, so we can reprint your book quickly if anything goes wrong, then delete it.
What if my book arrives damaged or misprinted?
Our Happiness Guarantee: if your book arrives damaged or misprinted, we reprint it for free. Just contact us with your order number and a photo.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can change the name or photo until your book goes to print.
