These Terms of Service apply to your use of the MyStory store and to every order you place. MyStory is operated by AVELON LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Personalized products

Each book is made to order with the name and photo you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use the photo you upload (for example, as the child's parent or legal guardian, or with their permission). Please check the spelling of the name and the photo before ordering: we print what you submit.

Your child's character

We create your child's storybook character from your photo and check every book before it goes to print. Illustrations are artistic interpretations: the character is designed to look like your child, but it is not a photographic copy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken when you place your order. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Intellectual property

The stories, illustrations, templates and website content belong to AVELON LLC. Your book is for your personal, non-commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
