Refund policy

Every MyStory book is made just for your child, with their name and photo. Because each book is personalized, we can't accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind once your book has gone to print.

Our Happiness Guarantee

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, we reprint it and send it to you for free.

Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo of the book. We'll take care of the rest.

Changing or canceling an order

You can change the name or photo, or cancel your order, until your book goes to print. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package seems lost or delayed, contact us with your order number. We'll check with the carrier and find a solution with you.
